A one-time gift cannot always be cancelled after it has been submitted for processing. If you made a mistake, contact support as soon as possible and the request will be reviewed under the refund policy.
If recurring gifts are enabled, contributors may cancel future recurring payments before the next scheduled billing date. Cancelling a recurring gift prevents future charges but does not automatically refund previous successful payments.
Parents or guardians may close a campaign when a goal is complete, no longer needed, or replaced by another family goal. Remaining balances may be allocated to the child’s General Future Fund or handled under the refund policy when appropriate.
Joining the waitlist or submitting a contact form is free and can be cancelled by asking support to remove your contact information from launch communications.
